First, unplug everything including the power to the Celeris, wait 5 minutes and then plug everything back in. If the error comes up again could you try swapping the ports the two stimulators are plugged into (plug the right stimulator into the left port and vice versa)? Does the error message follow the stimulators (still for serial number XXX) or does it move to your other stimulator? This is testing to see if there is an issue with that particular stimulator or maybe something with the ports.
If the error goes away after restarting everything great! If not, you can try importing the calibration file again and see if that helps. You can do so by doing the following:
- Plug the stimulator with the issue (SN XXX) into the right port of the Celeris. Make sure the other one is unplugged.
- Open up Ganztest.exe in C:\Multifocal.
- Navigate to the Debug Tab->Setup sub tab->Enable Eeprom Writes.
- Go into the Celeris Tab->Stimulators sub tab->Click Read EEprom->Click Export.
- Save file to Desktop
- Click import. Select the file you created.
- Click Write to EEPROM
- If this was successful, you should now see a check in "Checksum valid"
- Close Ganztest and try running a protocol through Espion. Is the stimulator flashing now?
