Sometimes a test is ran on the wrong patient and now that test is associated with them. No worries! Follow the instructions below to get the test back under the correct patient.
1) Navigate to the patient page. Look for the correct patient that you want to save the test under and make note of their Record Number
.
2) Click on the patient the test was incorrectly saved under and click on Old Tests
.
3) Find and select the test you want to move and click the Comment
button.
4) Check Enabled
in the Assigned to Patient
box.
5) Type in the Record Number
of the correct patient that you took note of back in the first step and click Close
.
6) It will ask if you would like to save your changes. Press Yes
.
The test should now be saved under the correct patient!
