The trial version of eXporter allows you to experience the software and see if it's right for you. You are allowed to use it for as long as you want, with some features being disabled. If you want to upgrade to the full version, send an email to support@diagnosysllc.com to request a quote. Once a quote is received and a PO is sent, follow the steps below to upgrade.
1) Launch the eXporter software and confirm you are on the trial version by checking the bottom right of the window.
2) Click the License
button on the top right of the screen to bring up the licensing section.
3) From here click on the Generate Key
button. A long string of text will appear in the text box below. You will want to copy this entire key and send it to support@diagnosysllc.com. You can reply to the same email that you received the quote from.
4) A Diagnosys representative will reply back with a similarly looking, but different string of text. Delete the old text from the text box and paste in the new one then press Submit Code
.
5) You will get greeted with a confirmation that the software has been licensed. If you look on the bottom right, ensure that it now says License Permanent
. If still says trial, close out of the program and reopen it.
With the software permanently licensed you are free to export as many records as you want at one time! You also gain the ability to change certain settings in the options
tab that was previously grayed out.
