Change Print Scaling in Software to Match Windows
When printing to PDF for the first time, the print template resolution may need to be adjusted if it appears in only a small section of the print preview, as seen below.
First, check the resolution of the computer you are using.
1. Press the Windows Start Button, then search for DISPLAY.
2. Find SCALE and note that number.
In this example, the Scale is set to 125%.
Next, enter that scaling value into the software.
3. Open the software, click on CONFIGURE SYSTEM. If it asks for a password, use MASTERKEY.
4. Click to open the PROGRAM folder, then GLOBAL folder. Scroll until you see PRINT SCALE PERCENTAGE. Enter the Scale Value into this space.
5. Close and Save. Try to print again to check that the change has successfully been implemented.
