Error Message: Access Violation (..)
Cause: This is catch all message signifying that the software has encountered a problem in a particular location of the memory.
Action 1: 1) Close the software and reopen it.
2) Uninstall and Reinstall Firebird
3) If the message is gone and does not reappear, then the problem is solved.

- If the message is gone but the most recent test file is missing, move to Action 2.
- If the message reappears, notice whether it pops up in the same location as before. Move to Action 2.

Action 2: Contact Diagnosys at support@diagnosysllc.com. Tell us when the message appears and what were you doing when it appeared. We will work with you to implement a software update or to recover any lost files.
