Error Message: [E3 Hardware] DSP-USB Hardware failed top open or be detected. {PACKET COMMUNICATION ERROR}

Cause: Communication lost between hardware and software. 

Action 1: 1) Close software.

                2) Turn off computer and main system power.

                3) Turn on computer and main system power.

                4) Check for message. 

Action 2: Update Software. Contact support@diagnosysllc.com. Include current software version & release date in your email.
