DSP-USB Hardware .. USB Amplifier Timeout

Error Message: [E3 Hardware] DSP-USB Hardware failed to open or be detected. [USB Amplifier Timeout Detected, IS THE SYSTEM TURNED ON?]

Cause: Disrupted communication between control unit & amplifier. 

Action: Unplug & Replug the amplifier firmly.

Tip: Arrow on amplifier plug must align with line on decal. 

Definitions: 

Amplifier is the hardware component into which patient leads plug. 

Control Unit is the hardware component connected directly to the amplifier.
